SEPTIC REGULATIONS AND PERMITTING

Kanabec County requires a septic permit prior to installation of septic systems.  A permit application, which may be obtained from our office, along with a design from a licensed septic designer must be submitted to Environmental Services Office for approval, after which a permit will be issued for installation.
