WETLAND ADMINISTRATION
The Wetland Conservation Act is administered by Environmental Services with oversight provided by the Board of Water and Soil Resources. Enforcement of the act is provided by the Department of Natural Resources conservation officers and other peace officers. The Wetland Conservation Act Rules Chapter 8420 became effective on January 1, 1992.
