Those wishing to discuss their value or classification are strongly encouraged to first review the backside of the notice for information on the appeals process and then call the Assessor’s Office to discuss your concerns, any changes made to your property, and to verify your property information is accurate.

County Board of Appeal & Equalization
June 17, 2024 6:30PM Appointments Requested
The County Board of Appeal & Equalization will be held at the courthouse in meeting rooms 3 and 4. Out of respect for taxpayer’s time, appointments are requested. You may make an appointment by calling 320-679-6420 during business hours, through June 17, 2024. Walk-in appeals will also be heard but will follow appointments, unless time permits otherwise. Please note, if your township holds a Local Board of Appeal & Equalization you must first have appealed at your Local level to be eligible to appeal at the County level.
