WIC is al nutrition program that provides funding to help purchase supplemental foods, provide health care referrals, and nutrition education for pregnant, breastfeeding, and non-breastfeeding postpartum women, and to infants and children up to age five.
Family Home Visiting
Family Home Visiting services are based upon respectful and trusting relationships. Our goal is for families to receive free services and a seamless coordination of care between providers.
Follow Along Program
This program is a fun and easy way to learn about your child's health and development. This service provides ideas about what to teach and at what age to teach it. Questionnaires are mailed out every 4-6 months until your child's 3rd birthday. This program includes personalized information about fun activities for you and your child to do together too.
Car Seat Program/Child Passenger Safety Information
Certified Car Seat Technician provides education and free car seats to eligible families. Call us for an appointment to check your car seat safety installation.
In Minnesota, three out of four child seats are used incorrectly and many parents aren't aware of the restraint steps a child should progress through as they age and grow. A vehicle is the most dangerous place for children, and crashes are the leading cause of death in children under age 14. Certified Car Seat Technicians provide education and free car seats to eligible families. Contact us for more information.
